NEW In 2024-2025, Longbridge will be offering 3 plans through Cigna for all employees located in the United States (except California and Hawaii). This includes a $1,000/$3,000 Hybrid, a $2,500/$5,000 HSA-HDHP, and a $5,000/$10,000 HSA-HDHP.
Longbridge will offer plans through Kaiser Permanente for all employees in California and Hawaii. The three (3) CA plans will be a $1,000/$2,000 Hybrid, a $2,000/$4,000 HSA-HDHP and a $4,5000/$9,000 HSA-HDHP. One (1) plan offering will be available for employees in HI; a $20 Copay plan. Please find below the 2024-2025 SBC and benefit summaries for the plans available to benefit eligible employees.
